The undersigned Attorney or Firm shall provide a Presentation of General Legal Principles, as requested by the undersigned.
There is no charge for these educational services.
The educational services DO NOT include ANY legal services, DO NOT include ANY legal analysis or application of particular facts to the law, and DO NOT include ANY legal representation.
All information delivered as part of the educational service is provided in the abstract and for illustrative purposes ONLY.
The parties agree and acknowledge that Attorney is licensed to practice law only in the State of Utah. Attorney’s role under this Agreement is limited to providing legal education regarding general legal principles and, where applicable, Utah law. The information provided by Attorney is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to constitute legal advice for any particular matter, transaction, jurisdiction, or set of facts outside the scope of Utah law.
The undersigned expressly agrees and acknowledges that Attorney is not providing legal representation, legal advice, or an opinion regarding the laws of any jurisdiction other than Utah, unless Attorney separately agrees in writing to do so and is authorized to do so.
IMPORTANT: The undersigned further acknowledges that it should consult with counsel licensed in the relevant jurisdiction before acting or refraining from acting based on any information provided by Attorney or Firm.
The Firm does NOT hold advanced fees or manage customer funds.
